Airport pickups
We can arrange pickups either 15 minutes after landing time of flight for domestic, or 30 minutes after landing for international flights, waiting time applies after these times. Pickup is from the bus stop, indicated on the map below.

AIRPORT
We will, of course, need to know the number of passengers (numbers of adults & children) along with amount of luggage, for any pre-booked collection.
Alternative: Meet & Greet at domestic or international arrivals with name board. This service will incur charges for waiting time and parking charges from landing time to exit.
Alternative: Book your taxi once you have entered the airport building from a domestic flight or collected your luggage from an international flight, typically your vehicle will be at the meeting point within 15 minutes.
STATION
No need to book, simply turn up. For pre-booked journeys, generally vehicles will be brought to the office when the passenger arrives, meaning about 2 minutes wait. Alternatively vehicles can be waiting outside the office for the arrival of the passenger, but waiting time will be charged from the booked time.
OTHER AIRPORTS & STATIONS
We will endeavour for your vehicle to be waiting for you with the minimum amount of waiting time. This is however restricted by the information we can get before dispatching the vehicle i.e. Pick ups from Durham Tees Airport will be dependant on information that is made available 1 hour before your estimated pick up time.
