What is “textback”?

When you ring to book your taxi from your mobile phone (as long as its not set to number withheld) you will receive a text when the vehicle is approaching or has arrived. You will receive the make, colour and registration of the vehicle, to ensure that you get in the right car. This is an excellent service from a personal safety aspect, and is ideal for the deaf or hard of hearing as it guarantees that you don't miss your taxi. Please remember to have your phone to hand around the time your taxi is due!

Can I pay by Credit Card?

YES! We accept most Major Credit Cards. All our vehicles are fitted with Credit Card acceptance facilities.

Unlike most of our competitors, we have fitted swipe card machines in all our vehicles for instant debit/credit card payment. No more fumbling about for loose change at the end of a big night out!

We have several different types of Wheelchair Accessible vehicles that offer ramp access, to accommodate you and up to 4 other passengers journey requirements. All our drivers are safe and competent to ensure your journey is trouble free.
