Firstly your telephone must not be set up to withhold its number when you ring us. On a land line there is no need to do anything, your telephone will ring 2 or 3 times moments before your taxi arrives. On a mobile phone we recommend that you enter the number 0191 2603257 (this number will not receive incoming calls) into your mobile phone (assuming this is the phone you want us to ring you back on) together with the text "Taxi Outside", or something similar. Please bear in mind this will only work if you have your phone to hand around the time your taxi is due!
YES! We accept most Major Credit Cards. All our vehicles are fitted with Credit Card acceptance facilities.
Unlike most of our competitors, we have fitted swipe card machines in all our vehicles for instant debit/credit card payment. No more fumbling about for loose change at the end of a big night out!
